1 cup graham cracker fine-crumbs
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp melted margarine
*Combine crumbs, butter and sugar, and press into bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
*Bake at 325°F for 10 minutes.
4 -8oz packages of PHILADELPHIA cream cheese, softened (NOTE.. we have tried it with a generic cream cheese and it really wasn't that good, though half the price)
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp flour
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp vanilla extract
*Combine cream chees, sugar and flour at medium speed.
*Add the eggs, one at a time.
*Mix well after each addition.
*Incorporate sour cream and vanilla.
NOTE : my son did a variation by adding Amaretto .. I don't exactly know how much.. but maybe a tbsp? .. anyways.. It was delicious!
*Pour into graham cracker crust.
*Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes, and then at 250°F for 1 hour.
*Let cool completely and pass a knife around the edges before removing from the pan.
*Chill
Top just before serving with
1 can (21 oz) of your favorit cherry pie topping or if you have a good recipe , tell me ;)
