Notre petite

" Bon.. je ne peux pas dire que j'ai "fait" le
Défi Burpees
au complet.. 30 jours de Burpees c'est autre chose.. déjà je
voulais terminer le 22 mais avec ce qui se passe avec la
petite.. j'ai décidé de finir aujourd'hui. Ce matin encore
je ne m'imaginais pas en faire 25.. avec mes 3 heures
d'entrainement hier et Synergie à Granby mercredi j'avais
mal partout. mais j'ai mis
de la musique de Zumba bien fort, j'ai mis un DVD de
Insanity (Pure Cardio) sans sons, juste pour voir d'autres
monde "souffrir" et j'ai fait 6 x 50 Burpees (sans push-ups,
mais avec sauts). Chaque série en un peu moins de 3
minutes.. et 2 minutes et les secondes que j'avais gagnées
en faisant moins de 3 min. de repos entre les séries //
total 27 min 59 secondes *rire* ok, disons 28 minutes.. mes
pulsations à la fin 162 (pas mal fort pour 59 ans) (après 2
mins 96 bpm )et après
5 minutes mes pulsations 72 bpm //
