2006 OK.. so the thing is.. I'm supposed to use
time
frames instead of reps.. and I'm sur that works real well for a coach,
coaching a team.. but unless I make myself some .mp3 audio workouts,.
it's much easier for me to use reps.
For now, I'm figuring out how long the sets
take.. but am still working with reps..
