was told by J-M pθre at volleyball that I don't quite
extend my hitting arm enough and I totally agree since
I ofthen hit the ball with my fingers. So I set
up this target. Just shut a door on a plumbing
insulation cut in half lengthwise and in half-round
to fit between door and door frame. It's in the
hallway so there is no furniture around and I can hit
it each time I pass it as well as when I practice.
I
don't have access to a volleyball court so I do what I
