We haven't danced for a long time.. but it's the perfect way to celebrate our 20th anniversary. It was surprising that we remembered enough steps to have a wonderful evening. We appriciated our talble neighbours.. Jocelyne and Guy and the Owners gave us a bottle of sparkling wine for our 20th anniversary.

LESMILLS CXWORX™ is set to 6 musical tracks. It starts with a complete warm-up and then on to planks, crunches, and functional exercises to strenghten the torso, gluteus, obliques, back, and to improve your balance.
