In June we found out that the
Cariboo Valley Road was good and the bridges redone (except for the last one,
0,5 miles from the trail). We were supposed to do Spaulding & Sugarloaf one
week, and then do a 3 day backpack for the rest the next week. But then, one
week ago we find out the the road is closed Monday to Friday because of logging.

Since about 10 am I've been
seeing double when I look more than 10' away and it continues all day and
night. Has happened to me recently and I'll be seeing a neuralogist soon.

My eyes are ok during the
hike but after I start seeing double again. (I'm ok the next morning) and
the Pharmacist says that my Effexor may well be giving my trouble with my
cardio. / I'm really proud to have finished these hikes this year, even if
it was more difficult than it should have been.
