Gabriel had heard alot about this little mountain. Two hours drive, and doing most of what is interesting takes about 4 hours, so not a big hike, but very pleasant and with some interesting scrambling at "Le mur".  The picture at the left is near the summit, next time we'll take some at the mur.. but there was a goupe of Scouts that we wanted to keep ahead of.. they were quite loud. So we didn't stop much going up. Well, we don't stop much the rest of the way, either.

Right knee still hurts, Ice it in the morning and in the evening. I "might" be just bruised.. I'm not sure what I'm feeling.
. 145 lbs.. down  1,5 lbs.. That's good. and I'm motivated and things are going well, I'm starting to feel the difference during my EYES
Get them checked. Everyting is fine. I'm staying with the same eye glasses but ordered made to mesure sun-protection clip-ons and contact lenses. Haven't worn lenses much this last year, but it will be nice to have them again.. my glasses fog-up quite a bit while doing sports.

*I like my new camera bag, that I wear on my pacsac belt infront of me. It has a strap on top where I can squeeze in my hankerchief, my hat and a map if I have one. Since it's a reflex-camera bag, and what I have is a Canon G9, even with the mini tri-pod and accessories, I have enough room to put some extra stuff if I want quick access to anything.

Got my contact lenses today.. will be wanting to buy sunglasses..

(besides UV protection) If you spend a lot of time outdoors in intense glare from sunlight bouncing off snow or water, you should wear sunglasses that block blue light. Medium to dark lenses with a grey, or a slightly brown or green tint, will filter out most blue light.

NOTE May 26th PM I think that since the last time.. I went down 3 and up 3.. even if I followed the plan to 98%. When I noticed after 2 weeks that I was going up.. I Re-measured servings, and upped my cardio.. but still.. wasn't able to loose weight. OK.. I'm in my period.. so we can count maybe 2 pounds for that.. but still.. It's totally discouraging. Infact, this past week-end I WAS discouraged.  I'm really curious to see what M-C Trempe will say tomorrow morning..

NOTE May 27th PM It was a 30 mins session jam packed with info and encouragment.  After the weigh-in, we concluded that I had lost 3,75 lbs.Some things I'll do starting today, some I'll keep for later. I won't log everything here.. but I strate making a diet2008 page on this whole adventure.  Next meeting : July 8th, 7h30 am.

Just drop in for a few hours.. Lots of dancers doing routines with alot of "arms".. It's not pleasant to dance among them. but it was like that last year as well , so we're not surprised. On the picture Gilles Beaulieu, from the Do-Ré-Mi dance studio in Montréal and Lise & Alain from the Sodanse. the Gipsy Theme Decoractions were fun, the Show was good as usual ( Alexendre Moreau and Sophie Tremblay are going to the Blackpool Dance competition in London, England next year. )
