the head stand instead of the Crane but have
time to try it and put my knees near my
elbows so it doesn't tear on my skin and I
manage to stay in crane for 4-5 secondes..
that's a good start! Very tired at the end
so I skip the last few minutes of easy

in the afternoon. (maybe it was the banana I ate at breakfast, I need to
stay at ½ a banana at a time.. I've been having trouble digesting them for a
couple of years now.. but I love them so much..)

It's interesting to do legs tonight.. since

going hiking tomorrow.. it'll be
like a bigger hike. I pinched a muscle moving a
piece of furnichure at work while bending over a
box.. dumb.. It's really not that bad, but just

good tomorrow for my lower back..
