The trail begins at the far end of the parking area immediately behind the Sunshine gondola terminal. After following the wide Sunshine ski-out trail for 800 m, it branches right, crosses Sunshine Creek and begins its ascent of Healy Creek.

Nice way to end our vacation. When we leave the part that has lots of flowers there is a junction that reminds me that we always have new routes to follow another time. It's a nice place to stop for lunch, something mystical about it.

1 hour preperations and instruction plus 2 hours on the Saguenay. Learn alot. Cloudy, turing to light rain, turning to Thunderstorms.

INUKSHUK

Like it alot.
But at about ~1,700 $ It's way too much to even think about!

PM Car trip home with my brother.

I
think this is what I need today and *surprised* I actually had fun! I was still going strong to the very end! *pat myself on the back*

note: although I'm planning ahead, I'll transfer the timetables to my next log. I guess next week would be a good time to start a new log, although this one will have been a short one.

planning 2009-08-01 Next week I should be getting the P90X+ DVDs.. and starting a Pre-program to see how they'll fit in when I re-load the training in September. I read today on a forum that it's mostly the Interval DVD that is extreme, and that the others are more for maintaining than for building. This is fine by me, though I think there will still be exercises in each session that I'll need to adapt..

I find the schedule on the web.. so I start visualizing the plan.
