This program is really the hardest I've ever done.. Maybe
because I'm mixing it with the gym and hiking, maybe just
beceause it's sooo cardio.
I wish I had had a day off
yesterday..But it was good to go on a hike . I wasn't
feeling it.. Thought I'd only do it as a WO.. Didn't wear my
HR monitor.. But gave it my all as usual! Too bad I "pinched"
my left lower back in the Power jumps. It didn't affect my
score much but I'm not sure how I'll be tomorrow though I
don't think it will very bad.
