Food log — planning maintenance.
I made some changes to my April 19th Food Log.
1) took of the "Semaine #____" so that during maintenance  I stop counting the weeks.. it's a lifetime process.
2) added a space after the 8 lines for protein so that I can eat more during maintenance.
3) changed the E of eau for a water drop and the A of activié for a bicycle.

 The first half takes 15 mins less than planned and Gaby gets cramps over and over again in his quads on the way back as well! He                 also has a bleeding blister at the back of his right ankle.. he'll buy new boots tomorrow, it won't be a luxury. He was courageous not to complain and finish both ways when we had a car at the bottom of Orford just in case.

45 mins from the end, stopped to help a lady who fell and sprained her left wrist. Bandage her wrist, and lend her a hiking stick 'til the road, we wait for her.

This program is really the hardest I've ever done.. Maybe because I'm mixing it with the gym and hiking, maybe just beceause it's sooo cardio.
I wish I had had a day off yesterday..But it was good to go on a hike .  I wasn't feeling it.. Thought I'd only do it as a WO.. Didn't wear my HR monitor.. But gave it my all as usual! Too bad I "pinched" my left lower back in the Power jumps. It didn't affect my score much but I'm not sure how I'll be tomorrow though I don't think it will very bad.
