Start the hour with cramps front and back in my left leg. I don't exagerate
in the resistance cause I want to finish the hour. I do. And I must
say I'm proud. Often people say I'm crazy to do 4 hours training on Mondays..
but today I feel like I did my marathon.
All evening I have quite a few cramps in my left quads and
hamstrings each time I bend à little too much my knee or straighten a little
to my my leg. But they just remind me that I stuck in there for the full 5
hours :)
