I have a bad neck stifness and headache.. that goes away when I call in sick. My Massotherapie helps to get rid of the rest of stress. Pascal Lussier refers me to a Physiotherapiste who seems to be great with shoulders. Nathalie Deslauriers.

Physiotherapy with Nathalie Desmarais. Get exercices for my left shoulder. It's partly that I have to "lift" my shoulder so that my tendon doesn't rub.. It's the first time someone says it like that.. 3 times a day.. # 1 and # 2 20 times / # 3 and # 4 10 times 10 seconds.
