- Our first Snowshoeing this season! and a first as well in th ADKs. There is less snow than we thought and it would have bin better with Crampons, but quite a few people are just wearing boots, but with the rain a few days ago it's very icey and just boots seems really dangerous. Gabriel makes plans to buy Crampons soon. Mine were in the car.

- My hydration mouthpiece freezes while we're eating breakfast in the restaurant and I never get to drink from it, but Gaby has enough water., I still have alot to learn.I tried putting the mouthpiece close to my body but it wasn't enough. (maybe I should have taken off the end and melted the ice in my mouth)

-Gabriel is wearing his x-ski/snowshoe outfit I got him for x-mas this year, I me the Burton jaket I bought at a warehouse sale. I get 3 compliments from complete strangers . "That's a Sweet Jacket!" LOL

Dr Gauthier and I both estimate that there's been a 50% amelioration. I hope I don't loose that.
