Day off from work but I'm sick all day..

ACHES AND PAINS don't know if it's because I ate banana, peanut butter, chocolate and coffee, or it's my wednesday's ABS workout or a mix of both.. I had 5 bad "episodes".. a few minutes each.. a few hours apart.. It was scary.. but since they were weaker as the day went by, I wasn't really worried.
